*$75 Sliding Scale Fee
*$125 per 45-minute counseling session
*$190 per 90-minute counseling session
* Alcohol Assessment $100 (basic, does not include SAP evaluations)
*Drug Assessment $150 (Classes $50)
*Anger Management Assessment $150 (Classes$50)
*Domestic Violence Assessment $150 (Classes $50)
*SAP Evaluations are priced on a case by case basis that start at $200
*Road Rage Assessment $120
*Group Session $50
*College Prep/Scholarship Counseling (Annual Fee $1,000 for freshmen, and sophomores, plus $50 monthly fee. For Juniors $2,000, plus $50 monthly fee. Seniors $2,500, plus $100 monthly fee) Discount for Juniors and Senior who are currently in our program.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a sliding scale. (COUNSELING ONLY)
Payment
Cash, money order, and all major credit cards accepted for payment. (NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED)
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the Full Cost of the treatment as booked.
